Our supported living scheme is designed for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

If you’re looking for supported living whilst living an independent life, we are the right people.
We are passionate about delivering the best possible quality care and support.

What is supported living?
Supported living allows you to live independently and have control over your own support.

At Careline 24 , we can support you to achieve your goals, such as becoming active member of the community.
Our flexible support is tailored to your needs, whether you are looking for few hours, days weeks or more. We can work together to co create personalised support plans focusing on your interests, priorities and skills.
What ever your needs are, Careline 24 is here to help you. We do help with personal care and managing finances and attend leisure activities.
Staff support people on 1:1 basis to use local community facilities.

What types of supported living are there?

Independent living:
You choose to live independently in your own flat , house with support you need. This could be in one of our already established properties, or we can work with you to source out a property that meets your needs.

Shared Living:
We can help connect you to other people who might want to live independently too but aren’t yet ready to live alone. You will have your own space but benefit from socialising with other minded people, sharing communal spaces and sharing costs.
